We Need You!

Our goal is to build a sense of hope in our communities, especially to our neighbors who face challenges in their work and life.

During this uncertain time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are relying on our friends to help us remain open. Your financial support and prayers will ease the anxiety of our staff and patients, knowing that we can continue to be a resource like no other in Elkhart County and beyond.

You can give where needed most, or to one of the following funds:

1. Affordable Healthcare - this fund will underwrite all of our medical clinic needs, including telemedicine and COVID-19 phone screenings. It will also allow us to continue serving patients who need medical care that is not Coronavirus related.

2. DAP Sponsorship - this fund will help to cover the $30/month membership fees our patients pay to receive the critical diabetes care they need without having to worry about choosing between medications and other expenses for the next 4 months, or having to pay accumulated fees when the pandemic is over and they are able to go back to work.

3. EC Hope Immigrant Resource Fund - This fund is primarily focused on the Food Security Program which was developed to distribute Kroger gift cards to immigrant families experiencing food insecurity while being laid off work during the pandemic. Families must be ineligible to access government assistance programs and meet other criteria. We hope to help at least 100 families per month for the next 3-4 months.

4. Widening God's Mercy Campaign - Center for Healing & Hope will be moving to a new medical facility at 400 W Lincoln Ave in April 2021. Giving to this fund will help to offset the costs of moving and will seed the funding needed to purchase the building in the future.
